Role Responsibility 

• Self-executes the 3D digital build with the required authoring software to accurately capture the design and all design related data.
• Pays careful consideration to the context, relevant interfaces, and buildability of the model elements during the digital build via daily interference checks.
• Exemplar commitment to data accuracy, multidisciplinary interface coordination and an exceptional attention to detail.
• Accountable for capturing all design related data in an accurate, contextual 3D as specified by the level of detail and level of information.
• Work with BIM Coordinator to ensure the Zutari Level of detail and Level of information is achieved by using the correct object templates, libraries and config files.
• Ensure accurate metadata not automatically generated is manually added to the digital objects.
• Achieve completion of various aspects of the digital build as set out in the TIDP / Drawing register.

Minimum Requirements

• Beneficial Engineering or Architectural qualification as understanding of engineering principles / fundamentals are critical.
• 5 or more years’ experience as a Electrical BIM Modeller.
• Proven experience with Revit for MEP.
• Operam Information Management Practitioner.
• Deep knowledge of specific competency in the Electrical Built Environment.
• Demonstrates ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise.
• Maintains a high level of BIM expertise with excellent work ethic.
• Construction site-based experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 /  ACC is advantageous.
