Role responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner to provide an excellent client experience. 
  • Answer and redirect all incoming calls and taking messages.
  • Monitor arrival and departure of all front desk visitors, including employees, visitors and clients, escorting visitors to relevant venues as required
  • Control access to office and in the reception and conference space.
  • Manage housekeeping of the reception and conference space
  • Assist in dispatching and signing in of fleet vehicles.
  • Assisting with office management and admin functions.
  • Manage and oversee client or executive events hosted by Zutari when required
  • Collaborate with corporate support teams to deliver impactful experiences for all visitors
  • Assist the Facilities manager with general admin functions as and when required.


Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
  • A strong background in office support and assisting in projects.
  • Ability to produce high quality work.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work under pressure
  • Effective time management
  • Strong collaborator

Skills and characteristics:

  • Outgoing personality with high energy levels
  • Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous manner
