Role responsibilities

Quality Management System:

• Establishing the first line of defence within the quality assurance model for Zutari. The role will include co-develop, implement, and maintain the Zutari quality management system (QMS) with the relevant stakeholders, in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant certifications.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvement projects that will yield new or improved project quality management methods, practices, processes, and tools.

Compliance and Project Reviews:

• Ensure compliance with all QMS and regulatory requirements and conduct internal quality reviews to maintain quality standards.

Supplier Oversite:

• Oversee supplier quality agreements

Development:

• Provide training to Project Executives and Technical Staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and awareness, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future performance and avoid past mistakes.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Work closely with Project executive to understand the client’s quality requirements and ensure that these are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Governance:

• Establish strong governance within the Business Units, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior and executive management.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Post graduate studies in the fields of Engineering, Technology and Project Management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP? ASQ, ISO 9001, CQE, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and systems
• Ability to influence, lead and manage various project and initiative teams effectively
• Deep knowledge of frameworks like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or TQM
