Zutari invites you to apply for our bursary programme for the 2026 academic year.
10 bursaries will be awarded for studies in the Engineering field.

We are looking for students who are passionate about engineering and want to make a difference. The bursary will allow students to focus on achieving academic excellence and developing their skills, to pursue a career in our industry.

Supporting engineering education every step of the way.

The bursary will cover tuition fees, textbooks, and on-campus accommodation.

Bursary recipients will also gain access to valuable mentorship opportunities, peer networking and industry insights.

At Zutari, we are passionate about shaping the future of engineering and dedicated to guiding and empowering bright minds to achieve success in their academic journeys.

Requirements

Our bursary programme is aimed at South African matriculants as well as First-, Second- and Third- year degree students with a focus on one of the following disciplines:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

Minimum academic criteria

  • Grade 12 applicants: Minimum 70% overall academic average and Level 7 in Mathematics and Physical science
  • First-year students: Minimum 65% overall academic average
  • Second-year students: Minimum 70% overall academic average
  • Third-year students: Minimum 70% overall academic average

All applications must be submitted by 31 AUGUST 2025 and include the following attachments:

  • CV
  • Copy of your SA ID or Passport
  • Copies of academic qualifications and transcripts
