About the role: 

Zutari is seeking an Internal Quality Manager who will be responsible for the compliance to Zutari’s internal management systems for a range of projects managed by Project Executives and internal operations in Tshwane and Cape Town.  

 

The successful incumbent will work closely with Director of Operations, Project Executives and technical staff in enabling, supporting and enforcing compliance with Zutari procedures. 

 

Role Responsibilities: 

The company has well-developed procedures including Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and the incumbent will guide and support Project Executives in meeting requirements related to: 

  • Quality  

  • Projects 

  • People 

  • Health and Safety 

  • Finance 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within an engineering consultancy or technical environment. 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with an interest in systems, processes and compliance to ensure quality. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
