Role responsibilities

• Leads multiple teams of modellers and detailers across different disciplines and self-executes the digital build. 

• Champion the Zutari baseline Level of development and Level of information actively contributes to the Zutari workflows and process mapping. 

• Basic grasp of programming language(s) / software coding to integrate and maximise productivity and information sources. 

• Exemplar commitment to data accuracy, multidisciplinary interface coordination and an exceptional attention to detail. 

• Achieve fully complete and coordinated designs. 

• Interact with internal and external clients at a middle to senior level. 

Minimum requirements

• Preferred Engineering or Architectural Degree. 

• Minimum of 10 or more years’ experience as a Modeller in multidiscipline . 

• Operam Information Management Practitioner 

• Ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise. 

• Maintains a high level of BIM expertise with excellent work ethic. 

• Construction site-based experience of build methodology and typical construction sequence.
